Terms of use

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to sign the pledge or otherwise participate in The Youth Bloc.

You agree to provide accurate contact information when you sign the pledge, and to keep it reasonably up to date if it changes.

Do not use the site to harass, defraud, or impersonate any person. Do not interfere with the operation of the site or attempt to access information you are not authorized to access. We may remove anyone from the project at our discretion.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Youth Bloc and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the site.

The Youth Bloc has not yet established a formal operating entity. Until it does, this section will remain a placeholder pending legal review. Disputes between The Youth Bloc and any user will, in the interim, be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after the change means you accept the revised terms.
